Travelling Costs

We always use two vehicles for each event which add to our outlay, for locations in the map below (Click to enlarge) we make no travelling charge as this is included in our costings. While we are prepared to travel further afield please contact us for a quote.

Donations / Pitch Fees

Donations to your chosen cause/charity can be made upon request subject to a maximum of 10% on the gross takings once our threshold of £500.00 has been achieved. Cheques will be made payable to the person/organisation you specify and will be mailed out at the end of the month.

Cancellations

If for any reason you need to cancel your booking we require a minimum of fourteen days notice prior to your booking as supplies may need to be specially ordered for your event in this period.

If you cancel the booking at any time during the fourteen days prior to your event we may make a charge to cover the costs for any supplies purchased.
